BUILT FROM ZERO · AN END-TO-END SYSTEM FROM CONTENT TO DISTRIBUTION

A one-person podcast can have its own production system.

It is a podcast system framework built from zero: from multi-show governance in PodcastCMS, through the recording toolchain and CleanCut Studio for editing and mixing, to AI-powered Chinese-to-English adaptation and distribution across major platforms. Each part was designed and developed independently, then shaped by hands-on experience in making podcasts and creating content into a tailored, reusable workflow. The system is now being productized, gradually exploring its path toward commercialization.

Manage multiple channels through a lightweight control layer, making full use of reliable and free infrastructure resources. CN → EN Voice Pipeline Chinese podcast to English podcast

Give listeners outside China who want to hear the show a natural English edition. Chinese speech is automatically adapted into fluent English, then read in the host's voice, mixed, and published as a fully automated cross-language content pipeline.
